We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced individual to assume the pivotal role of Branch Manager in our growing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Branch Manager will be entrusted with overseeing the regulatory obligations of our Berlin branch. This role demands effective financial management, unwavering commitment to compliance with industry regulations, and adept leadership skills. We are open to assist relocation from Greece to Berlin


Key Areas of Activity/Responsibility:


Ø Assist in establishing performance goals and allocate resources appropriately.

Ø Supervise and control all Departments and related Units (Reception and Transmission of Orders, Back Office, and Compliance Departments), providing guidance to the Administrative Departments.

Ø Assist in formulating and overseeing the accomplishment of the corporate strategy of the Company.

Ø Manage the internal communication of the business in coordination with the Company’s head office.

Ø Ensure effective and efficient operation of the Branch according to Internal regulations, manuals of the Company, and current laws and industry regulations.

Ø Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Ø Liaise with the Compliance Officer and relevant authorities regarding the operations of the Company.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:


Ø Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Ø Fluent in Greek and English, Knowledge of the German language will be considered an advantage.

Ø Significant work experience in the financial industry.

Ø Professional qualifications from the financial services industry, such as Certificate of Professional Suitability from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), or the CySEC Advanced certification, or equivalent (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional or Certified Risk Manager certification from recognized bodies).
