Der Bereich IAM verantwortet alle Maßnahmen zur Entwicklung, Integration und Betrieb des Identity and Access Managements und Active Directory der Bundeswehr und weiterer Kunden. Schwerpunkte hierbei sind das Lifecycle Management sowie die Rollen- und Berechtigungsverwaltung von Identitäten (Personen, Funktionen und Organisationsdaten) und die Bereitstellung dieser für IT-Systeme und Applikationen.


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Gestaltung des Designs von Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lösungen
  • Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen IAM-Architektur im Zielbetrieb (IAMBw) und Eigenbetrieb (IAM4BWI)
  • Verantwortung der technischen Ausrichtung
  • Beratung von Managern und Fachexperten in allen Fragen zu IAM Lösungen
  • Analyse und Bewertung neuer Technologien, Forschung und Entwicklungen im genannten Umfeld
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service Management bei der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen
  • Koordination und Umsetzung architektourbezogener Anpassungen aus den Anforderungen der IT-Sicherheit
  • Erstellen von Konzepten und Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes IT-bezogenes Studium mit mind. zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mind. fünf Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Identity and Access Management Lösungen für klassische und/oder Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Expertise im IT-Projektmanagement mit ITIL und BSI Grundschutz
  • Teamfähigkeit, eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Kundenorientierung
  • Präsentationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
