We're looking for a Technical Co-Founder.Glorya provides AI-enabled marketing automation services for SMBsin Germany.

We are an AI startup inmarketing, helping SMBs become more visible through AI-poweredproducts that reduce costs for running highly relevant ads.Basically, it's an AI-based replacement for a traditional marketingagency. We started the company just a few months ago, launched anMVP, and onboarded the first paying customers. The company isprofitable andfast-growing.
TasksAsTechnical Co-Founder, you will lead software development, workclosely with the founder and investors, develop AI-based products,and recruit the tech team. The role offers high responsibility andsignificant equity.
- Development ofAI-powered products
- Integration, training, andoptimization of AI/LLM models
- Use of low-codeplatforms like Retool, Airtable, andMake
- Complex processautomation
- Building robust and scalableAPIs
- Continuous improvement of backend andfrontend architecture andperformance
- Recruiting an AAA techteam
- Co-developing the product roadmap withyourco-founder
Youwill be responsible for crafting a world-classproduct.
- You have 3-5 years ofexperience as a full-stack engineer who has worked in databasemanagement, API development, and have Gitexperience
- You're experienced withno-code/low-code platforms and AI modeloptimization
- You have experience in start-upsin a technical role. Maybe you started a company before or you haveworked in a fast-paced start-upenvironment
- You’re highly driven and resilient,with a solution-oriented mindset
- You have athirst for learning and personal growth. You are open to feedbackand collaboration
- You're proficient in Germanand English - both a must-have as you'll be working closely withGerman-speaking SMB owners and also manage an international techteam
- As this is a co-founder role in afast-paced startup environment, a high degree of commitment isexpected. However, we support a healthy work-life balance andprioritize productivity over longhours

This role is based in ourBerlin Mitte office (Hackescher Markt), full-time, as we believe infostering collaboration and innovation through face-to-faceinteractions.
The hiring process includes aninitial screening call, a technical interview, and an in-officecase study with the founder and one of the investors, typicallycompleted within two weeks.
