Das verantwortest du:

  • Du verantwortest die Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Performance Marketing Strategie, indem du die richtigen Kanäle und Plattformen für die passenden Zielgruppen optimierst
  • Du kümmerst dich mit deinem Team um die Durchführung und Optimierung von Performance Marketing Kampagnen einschließlich Paid Marketing, Google Ads, Social Ads, Display-Werbung und Affiliate-Marketing
  • Du verantwortest dein Budget und steuerst die wichtigsten Kennzahlen (z. B. CAC, MER, ROAS) hinsichtlich der Wachstums- und Profitabilitätsziele 
  • Du baust zunächst dein eigenes Team aus Expert:innen auf, führst dieses disziplinarisch und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter  
  • Du arbeitest eng mit allen relevanten, funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Kolleg:innen zusammen, um die Integration des Performance Marketings innerhalb der gesamten Marketingstrategie sicherzustellen


Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Marketing, BWL oder einem verwandten Bereich und rund 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing und/oder in der Leitung von Performance Marketing Teams
  • Du bringst starke analytische Fähigkeiten, um Daten zu interpretieren, Trends zu erkennen und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Marketingbudgets, der effektiven Zuweisung von Ressourcen und der Optimierung von Ausgaben, um ROI-Ziele zu erreichen
  • Du hast tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Meta Ads und fühlst dich sicher mit Google Analytics sowie den Google Ads, Erfahrungen mit Amazon Advertising sind von Vorteil
  • Du zeichnest dich durch effektive und wertschätzende Kommunikation aus und bist motiviert, ein Team zu gestalten und mit deinem Team mit Spaß Erfolge zu generieren
  • Du hast persönliches Interesse an unseren Produkten und den Themen Interior Design, Einrichtung, Gestaltung und Ästhetik
