We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies for contract manufacturing services and electronic components, driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation across a complex international supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement category strategies for contract manufacturing and electronic componentsIdentify, qualify, and manage suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targetsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreementsCollaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams for new product introductionsMonitor market trends and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and sustainability standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in procurement or category management (EPC, industrial automation, manufacturing)Strong negotiation and supplier management skillsERP/SAP experienceExcellent communication skills in English; German or Slovak language skills in additionAbility to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholdersReady to make an impact?
