Brief Introduction of Alpha-ESS

Responsibilities:

As a Project Engineer for Large-Scale Energy Storage Solutions, you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing large-scale energy storage projects. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that our energy storage solutions meet the highest quality and performance standards.

1. Responsibility for developing system solutions for energy storage systems in Europe, researching relevant implementation standards, safety requirements, application modes and profit analysis for energy storage products in Europe;

2. Responsibility for receiving product requirements from customers in different regions, converting the requirements into specific technical implementation solutions and promoting the internal import of the requirements;

3. Responsibility for researching and analysing overseas energy storage products, converting them into key properties and parameter indicators, and setting the direction of product development;

4. Responsibility for the design, selection and applicability of each technical link of the energy storage system in Europe;

5. Responsibility for setting up EMS energy management systems and PCS energy storage inverters in Europe and technical communication;

6. Working with technical support and post-sales problem analysis and summarising the commissioning phase and operational phase of projects on site in Europe, improving and updating important aspects in new products;

7. Responsibility for converting professional technical documents from foreign customers that can clearly and accurately reflect the customer's requirements;

8. Lead technical negotiations for technical agreements and warranty agreements with customers (EPC, SI and project owner);

9. EU and IEC compliance related interpretation and review of test reports;

10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor;

11. Regular visits to customers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in power engineering, energy management, business management or related majors.

2. Experience in business development of large-scale energy storage projects, familiar with the development trend, market characteristics and policy environment of the energy storage industry.

3. Able to formulate effective business development strategies and implementation plans.

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, partners and teams at different levels.

5. strong business negotiation skills and contract management skills, able to protect the company's interests in commercial negotiations and ensure that contracts are signed and fulfilled

6. Excellent German, English reading, writing and listening skills, Chinese is an advantage
