To ensure operational excellence and seamless execution across all areas we are looking for a Head of Operations who takes full ownership of our studio team coordination scheduling and client experience. You will manage Front of House & Coaches structure class schedules and appointments and ensure that every detail in our studio meets the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency.

This is not just a management role its a position for someone who is energized highly motivated and driven to have a big impact.Our operations run 7 days a week and you will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly whether its team shifts client communication or ensuring a seamless member experience.

Tasks

1. Team Management & Coordination

Lead and manage the Front of House team & Coaches ensuring shifts are structured and all classes personal training sessions and activations run smoothly.

Coordinate trainer availability across our classes events running club and external activations (e.g. Chteau Royal Reethaus).

Hold weekly meetings with the Front of House team to align them with the latest sales initiatives activations and hospitality training.

Train and inspire the team to elevate the hospitality experience at HAGIUS.

2. Class Scheduling & Client Experience

Upload and manage the class schedule at least 34 weeks in advance ensuring clients can rely on a structured and wellorganized program.

Ensure that every class is covered even during holidays or staff absences and that changes are professionally communicated to members.

Work closely with the leadership team and coaches to optimize and refine the class experience balancing premium quality with efficiency and costeffectiveness.

3. Operational Excellence & Studio Management

Ensure the studio operates at the highest standard with all processes running smoothly.

Maintain a flawless guest experience ensuring all requested equipment and materials are available for coaches and the leadership team.

Optimize operational workflows to increase efficiency and elevate the overall member experience.

Oversee all external operational setups and partnerships ensuring our activations at Chteau Royal and Reethaus run seamlessly.

4. Communication & Leadership

Serve as the central operational figure ensuring that all teams from trainers to Front of House staffare aligned prepared and motivated.

Provide clear communication to both the team and clients ensuring transparency in all operational decisions.

Requirements

Proven Operations Leader: You have at least 5 years of experience in operational management team coordination and scheduling in fitness wellness hospitality or highend service industries.

Experienced in Managing Teams & Scheduling : You have successfully led Front of House teams & coaches structured rotating shifts personal training sessions and class schedules and ensured that everything runs smoothly.

Customer & HospitalityFocused: You understand that exceptional operations are the foundation of an outstanding client experience and always push for higher service standards.

HandsOn & Ownership Mindset: You dont just manage; you take full responsibility for ensuring all operations function at the highest level 7 days a week. You thrive in a leadership role where your decisions directly impact business success.

You understand that excellence in operations means ensuring everything runs smoothly at all times even outside of traditional work hours. If things are running well youre efficient with your time. But when needed you step in and make sure the job gets done.

Strong Communication & Leadership Skills: You know how to align motivate and train your team to consistently deliver toptier performance. You hold weekly team meetings to keep everyone focused on priorities like sales initiatives activations and pushing hospitality standards.

Experience Managing External Activations: You can coordinate trainer availability classes and events beyond the studio including locations like Chteau Royal and Reethaus.
