Für unsere Vertriebsregion in Garmisch-Partenkirchen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Homecare Manager (m/w/d) (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Altenpfleger)


  • Die ganzheitliche Beratung zur medizinischen Versorgung von Patient*innen zu Hause, in Pflegeeinrichtungen und Kliniken; dabei steuerst Du den passenden Produkteinsatz bei den Patient*innen, eine hohe Versorgungsqualität hat für Dich erste Priorität
  • Akquisition neuer Kund*innen (z. B. Pflegedienste) gemäß dem Potenzial unserer Marktführerposition
  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Pflegeleistungen für Patienten zu Hause unter Berücksichtigung ihrer individuellen Bedürfnisse und Umstände
  • Du pflegst eine regelmäßige Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Team und Deiner Teamleitung

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, zur/zum Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger*in, zur/zum Altenpfleger*in oder als Gesundheitsfachmann/-fachfrau
  • Mindestens 3-jährige Erfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im häuslichen Bereich
  • Mit Deiner sympathischen, überzeugenden und professionellen Persönlichkeit gewinnst Du nicht nur Deine Patient*innen, sondern sorgst für ein stabiles Beziehungsmanagement zu den Verordnenden
  • Flexibilität, Eigenständigkeit und Erfolgswillen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Medien zur Kommunikation und Dokumentation
  • Führerschein Klasse B
