Junior Manager Communications - Technical Operations (f/m/d)

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Communication | Entry Level

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Manager Communications (f/m/d) to support our Technical Operations Leadership Team. You will help shape and enhance communication within the TechOps organization by supporting with internal communication activities and projects.

What you can expect:
  • You will plan and execute various communication projects, ensuring consistent messaging across all production sites and helping to organize internal events such as townhall meetings and leadership events.
  • You will develop and create content for our internal STADA channels, including the intranet, employee magazine, and internal conferences.
  • Your role will also involve developing communication strategies that meet the needs of blue-collar workers who do not have regular PC access.
  • You will contribute to increasing the visibility of our various production sites within the STADA Group and support the global communications strategy.
  • You will assist in integrating newly acquired production sites, as well as new processes and tools, and work closely with various TechOps departments such as Quality, Production, and Supply Chain.
Who we are looking for:

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.

  • You gained some first experience in corporate communications through internships or student jobs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop is desirable, and experience with content management systems is helpful. You should also have very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • You should have a structured and organized approach to work, flexibility and agility in handling various tasks, and resilience under pressure.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are essential, as is the ability to present complex topics clearly and concisely.
