To foster that mindset, we hire the brightest and best in the industry, encourage collaboration, and embrace innovative thinking and new technology.Due to continued expansion we require a Senior Planner for Data Centre projects.Key responsibilitiesPrepare contract and project programmes, and produce ongoing monthly progress reportsMonitor progress trends, outputs, and resources across projects to enhance the planning department’s knowledge baseComplete all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and contracts, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standardsCollaborate closely with the project team on planning and schedule-related activitiesDevelop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the wider project team, supply chain, and other stakeholdersExecute short- to medium-term planning reviews and provide impartial, forward-looking insight to mitigate project risksChallenge, critique, and explore alternative construction solutions to drive continuous improvement and achieve optimal outcomes on projectsRequirementsRelevant third-level degree5+ years’ industry experienceProject planning and scheduling experience on Data Centre projectsExcellent IT skills – proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPointPackageAs a permanent employee of John Paul Construction, you will benefit from:Competitive salaryCompany vehicle or travel allowanceRelocation allowance (where applicable)Company laptop and phonePensionLife insurance and income protectionContinuous Professional Development (CPD)Access to lifestyle benefits such as the Bike to Work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Sports & Social Club, and moreWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
