CMDB Architect

Are you a seasoned CMDB Architect with a passion for driving digital transformation? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our global enterprise team and lead our CMDB initiatives.

About the Role:

As a CMDB Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining our CMDB strategy and roadmap.
• Designing and implementing a central CMDB to meet business and technical requirements.
• Managing relationships and dependencies among configuration items (CIs).
• Integrating the CMDB with external data sources and tools.
• Ensuring data consistency and compliance with governance frameworks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Providing technical guidance and support to users.
• Developing KPIs and metrics to measure CMDB effectiveness.
• Reporting on performance and identifying improvement areas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience focused on CMDB architecture and management.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, services, and processes.
• Experience with data modeling, integration, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
