We’re looking for talented software engineers who want to shape the future of European space missions and contribute to high-impact satellite programs across simulation, embedded systems, and spacecraft operations.🔧 Your MissionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner to take end-to-end responsibility for the product backlog of our innovative mobile technical application. Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers, you will translate business requirements into clear user stories and ensure smooth coordination throughout the entire product lifecycle.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities.Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies such as refinement sessions, sprint planning, and reviews.Maintain a transparent and up-to-date release plan, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams.Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Tests (UAT) prior to production releases.Support internal and external rollouts, ensuring smooth deployment and effective communication with stakeholders.🎯 Your ProfileSuccessfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.Proven experience in agile product management, ideally with a Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).Strong command of agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage interdisciplinary teams effectively.Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.🌟 Why Join Guldberg?Work on high-impact space missions with real-world relevance.Be part of a fast-growing team shaping Europe’s space technology landscape.Flexible project models (ANÜ or work package).Opportunities in Bremen with leading aerospace OEMs..Supportive, agile team culture with strong engineering leadership.Competitive compensation and benefits.Clear paths for career development and technical growth.
