Wir wachsen weiter Daher sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem IT-Security Specialist (m/w/d) für unsere Hauptzentrale in Haren (Ems), um unsere IT-Abteilung bzw. das 5-köpfige IT-Security Team weiterzuentwickeln & auszubauen. Du bist ein Mensch mit deinem ganz persönlichen Profil aus Qualifikationen, Talenten und Wünschen. Und wir sind kein Unternehmen wie jedes andere. Deine zukünftige Rolle
Hauptansprechpartner für alle Fragen der Informationssicherheit im Unternehmen
Entwicklung, Implementierung und Management eines Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS) gemäß internationalen Standards wie ISO/IEC 27001
Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und -bewertungen zur Identifizierung von Sicherheitsrisiken und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zu deren Minimierung
Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Richtlinien zur Informationssicherheit
Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf Informationssicherheit
Überwachung und ständige Verbesserung des ISMS
Was du ins Team einbringst
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, IT-Sicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit und Risikomanagement
Erfahrung in der Implementierung und im Betrieb eines ISMS, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung nach ISO/IEC 27001
Zertifizierungen im Bereich IT-Sicherheit (wie CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) sind von Vorteil
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren
Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
