About REPT BATTERO:

REPT BATTERO Energy Co., Ltd. is an enterprise established by Tsingshan Group, a Fortune Global 500 company, utilizing its abundant mineral resources and full industrial chain advantages for strategic investments in the new energy sector. The company mainly engages in the R&D, production, and sales of lithium ion batteries for power vehicles and energy storage from single cells to system applications. It is dedicated to providing high-quality solutions for the power needs of new energy vehicles and smart energy storage.


Our headquarter is in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Besides, we have established a research center in Shanghai and are constructing production bases in Jiaxing, Foshan, Liuzhou, and Chongqing. Furthermore, we establish a multi-dimensional global presence in Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Australia, Southeast Asia, and Japan. Currently, our production capacity has reached 35.2GWh, and it is expected to exceed 150GWh by 2025.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the energy storage、batteries business, achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and drive sales growth.

2. Responsible for business contract and price negotiations during project bidding processes externally, and for the preparation and breakdown of product quotations internally, coordinating and collaborating with project teams and cross-functional departments.

3. Provide quotations for customer sample requirements and follow up on orders to ensure the completion of annual sales targets. Gather customer feedback and suggestions,and provide recommendations to improve product quality the company.

4. Develop new clients, liaise with daily operations of business clients, handle client visits, and maintain customer relationships.

5. Segment product markets for local clients, determine product, pricing, channel, and promotional strategies to rapidly expand market share.

6. Monitor industry, business environment, competitors, and customers, and develop action plans to expand and retain customer base.

7. Report to higher-level management and be willing to comply with their work arrangements.



Qualifications:

1、Bachelor degree or above;

2、More than 5 years of market management experience, more than 2 years of overseas work experience in the same industry;

3、Understanding and familiar with Europe new energy policies;

4、Familiar with the implementation and management of large-scale projects, such as Vehicle OEM projects or large-scale energy storage projects , etc. .

5、English can be used as daily working language, familiar with Chinese is preferred.
