  • Die Begeisterung, wenn Du Geschäftsprozesse mithilfe von modernen Methoden wie Process Mining analysierst, um sie anschließend zu revolutionieren.
  • Dass Dich Dein Team in vielfältigen BPM-Aufgabenfeldern einsetzt: u. a. beim Requirements Engineering, bei der Ausschreibung und Anforderungsaufnahme für Softwarelösungen und bei der Realisierung einzelner Technik-Bausteine.
  • Wie Du das Management von spannenden IT-Projekten von den ersten Kommunikationsunterlagen bis zur Qualitätssicherung begleitest.
  • Wie Du Deine ersten Kenntnisse in der Visualisierung von Geschäftsprozessen und in agilen Methoden (wie z. B. Scrum, Kanban, Jira) im abwechslungsreichen Projektgeschäft kontinuierlich ausbaust.
  • Dass Du zwar als Junior startest, aber direkt Verantwortung übernehmen kannst, sodass Du auf einer steilen Lernkurve unterwegs bist.

  • Du mit Erfolg Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften studiert hast und Dich dabei bereits intuitive, digitale Prozesse magisch angezogen haben.
  • Sich Dir bei schwerfälligen, manuellen Prozessen die Haare aufstellen, weil Dein Herz für Software schlägt, die effiziente und agile Abläufe ermöglicht.
  • Du nicht gleich aufgibst, wenn es schwierig wird. Gerade bei komplexen, abstrakten Herausforderungen läufst Du zur Hochform auf.
  • Du Interesse daran hast, auch das Projektmanagement beim Kunden in Form von Statusberichten, Nachhalten von offenen Punkten und Umsetzungsmaßnahmen zu unterstützen.
  • Du entspannt und professionell auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren und präsentieren kannst.
