Pyou is the international identity of Lavoropiù, one of the most famous Italian companies operating in recruitment and human resources consultancy. We offer international R&S services thanks to local subsidiaries and international recruiting teams. Today Pyou presents you a new vacancy: for the Italian partner of a big European Group specialised in analytical and testing services for cosmetics and pharma products, we are looking for a:


BUSINESS DEVELOPER – DACH Area


Focused on the development of the German (and Dach area) market, with particular focus on Extractables & Leacheables business services, the person will be responsible for sales promotion and will be a reference point for German customers.

In particular, s/he will be in charge of the following activities:

Promote the sales of the company’s analytical and testing services to the assigned market by working with customers to identify and propose the most suitable analytical solutions for their outsourcing needs;

Visit customers (existing or potential), explore the target area and acquire new ones;

Directly manage business negotiations;

Check with the Sales Manager and Sales & Marketing Director for market opportunities of new analytical services in GMP;

Implement sales promotional campaigns and coordinate operational aspects of promotional activities;

Monitor and periodically evaluate sales trends in the E&L market sector;

Promote the image of Eurofins at dedicated events such as participation in conferences, campaigns, trades etc.


The ideal candidate has the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, CTF or other scientific disciplines;

At least 2 years of relevant experience;

Excellent knowledge of English and German language;

Customer-orientation approach and excellent networking and communication skills;

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills;

Excellent strategic planning skills and ability to work independently;

Willingness to travel frequently to clients all over German territory;

Residency in Germany or open to relocation permanently to Germany in the Frankfurt area;


Work area: Germany (+ Dach area)


Salary conditions will be discussed during the first interviews and will be related to the expertise of the candidates.
