Marketing Project Manager(A61808)

Responsibilities：
- Develop Campaign Strategies:
- Design comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with organizational objectives and target audience;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Lead Planning, Execution, and Reporting:
- Oversee end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and successful execution;
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones;
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align resources and deliverables;
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports for management review;
- Identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate with HQ/WEU and Other Departments:
- Act as a liaison between regional headquarters (HQ), Western Europe (WEU), and local teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with global strategies;
- Collaborate with various departments such as sales, product development, and finance to integrate marketing efforts and achieve business objectives;
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead Partnership and Brand Collaboration:
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external organizations, influencers, and brands to enhance marketing initiatives;
- Negotiate collaboration agreements and contracts, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with brand values;
- Develop co-branded marketing campaigns and promotional activities to expand brand reach and drive customer engagement.
Requirements：
- At least 4 years of proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in a multinational corporation or agency setting;
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, and project management methodologies;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques;
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking capabilities;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements;
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Fluent English speaker and German；Speaking Chinese is a plus;
- Overwhelming passion for Xiaomi product, social networking and technology;
- Event organization experience is a plus;
- Creative and easygoing person – that’s who we are looking for;
- Ability to analyse the campaigns and draw conclusions;
- Proactive approach to recommending changes and improvements for the campaigns;
- A self-starter with willingness and desire to “roll up your sleeves” and get the job done.
