To strengthen its Procurement team in Germany (Bönen), Tosca is looking for a Buyer with 2-3 years of broad experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and timely delivery by streamlining orders, requisitions, and approvals.
• Secure the best deals on essential items through skillful negotiation with vendors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through competitive bidding, enhancing Tosca's financial well-being.
• Cultivate positive vendor relationships to secure favorable terms and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication throughout the procurement process by tracking orders and confirming costs.
• Maintain purchasing activities with organizational goals by working closely with various departments.
• Align updated on market trends to optimize supplier negotiations and improve outcomes for Tosca.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to leverage global resources and maintain standards.
• Lead small-scale projects aimed at enhancing pricing, service, or total cost of ownership.
• Adress discrepancies in accounts payable to ensure seamless financial transaction

Your profile:

• You ideally hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• With 2-3 years in procurement/supply chain roles, you bring valuable expertise.
• You've demonstrated your ability to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions effectively.
• Experience in handling both high volume and low to medium complexity purchase orders is part of your skill set.
• You're adept at building and analyzing spreadsheets to evaluate savings.
• You are familiar with market research, data analysis, and purchasing.
• Strong written and verbal skills allow you to collaborate effectively.
• Your exceptional organization and follow-up skills ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus
• You live in the vicinity of Germany (Bönen)
