- Vertriebsposition im Bereich HVACR (Klima- /Kältetechnik, Wärmepumpenlösungen) Neuanlagengeschäft und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie von Johnson Controls
- Starkem Fokus auf Wachstum und Ergebnisorientierung im Bereich wärmetechnischer Lösungen insbesondere in dem Segment Energy (Stadt-, Wasser-, Klärwerke und Kontraktoren)
- Erfolgreiche Neukundengewinnung und eigenverantwortlich Betreuung von bestehenden Kundenkontakten
- Betreuung von Planungsbüros sowie Endkunden aus dem Energy Bereich
- Die zeitnahe Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen inklusive Planungsunterstützung und Kalkulation von Budgetangeboten
- Das Führen von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen zu erklärungsbedürftigen Wärme- und Kältelösungen
- Eigenständige Pflege der Projekte/Accounts/Kontakte in Salesforce
- Die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Fachmessen und Repräsentation bei sonstigen Kundenveranstaltungen mit entsprechendem know how der Johnson Controls Produkte und Marken
- Fach-/Hochschulabschluss in Elektro-, Kälte- oder Versorgungstechnik oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Kälte- und Klimaprodukten
- Sehr gute Produkt- und Anwendungskenntnisse in der Kälte-, Luft- und Klimatechnik
- Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
- Strategisches Denken, Selbstständigkeit, Zielorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen, Planungs- und Kalkulationstools
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort
