The role

• Management of globally used solutions with Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep
• Management of external team for incident management and error analysis
• Ensure stable service operations, including performance monitoring and continuous improvements

Your Profile:

• Fluent in English. German is desirable
• Several years of professional Tableau administration and Tableau dashboard development experience
• Structured work approach with emphasis on prioritization and tailored communication

Desirable

• Ideally, several years of technical management experience with an operations team
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and another BI tool (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI)
• Familiarity with agile product management and methodologies
