In der Funktion wirst du bei internen Change Projekten unterstützen und die Verantwortung für das Waste Team übernehmen.

Deine Arbeitszeit wird vornehmlich in der Tagschicht sein, kann jedoch themenabhänig auch andere Zeiten beinhalten.

- Kommunikation mit den verschiedenen operativen Abteilungen sowie der Abteilung für Arbeitssicherheit und Instandhaltung
- Koordinierung von Mitarbeiten zur Umsetzung von Projekten
- Koordinierung von sowie Rücksprache mit Fremdfirmen
- Tracking der Waste bezogenen KPIs
- Sicherstellung der internen Standards in Prozessen sowie Dokumentation
- Kenntnisse des MS Office Paket
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterbildung im Umwelt- und Abfallbereich
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in flexiblen Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache und Bedarf
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen:
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung und/oder Führung von Projekten
- Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder generell technisches Verständnis
- Erfahrung im Abfall- und Entsorgung- oder chemischen Prozessen
- Vorkenntnisse aus Büro- und/oder Buchhalterischen-Tätigkeiten
