Job Description:

As an SAP CO-S/4HANA (Senior) Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the SAP Finance team, focusing on the setup, development, and management of the SAP S/4 CO module. Your responsibilities will include active participation in SAP S/4 CO sub-projects, coordination of business processes with the Controlling department, customization, documentation, and ongoing support for SAP S/4 CO solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and actively participate in SAP S/4 CO sub-projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and mapping processes within SAP S/4.
  • Customize, develop, and coordinate programs using SAP BW & Analytics, and document SAP S/4 CO solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between national corporations and various departments, including CO, FI, SD, POS systems, and Digital Commerce, for assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and international rollouts of SAP S/4 instance, ensuring data interaction with non-SAP systems.
  • Collaborate closely with SAP developers to address system integration requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP CO consultant for several years, with preferable familiarity with SAP FI or SAP SD modules.
  • Educational background in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP CO procedures using SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Familiarity with controlling concepts, condition schemas, calculation schemas, databases, and BPM is advantageous.
  • Project management skills, retail industry experience, and knowledge of POS and cash register systems are preferred.
  • Solution-focused mindset, ability to adapt to challenges, strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency in English and German.
