Gemeinsam mit unserem japanischen Mutterhaus entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben wir weltweit innovative Produkte der Kommunikationstechnik. Du willst uns dabei unterstützen, perfekten Sound zu liefern?

  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Du kommunizierst regelmäßig mit Produktmanagern in der EMEA-Region, um neue Produkte zu definieren und technische Spezifikationen festzulegen. Dabei bist Du im engen Austausch mit unseren Entwicklungsabteilungen im Hauptquartier in Japan sowie internationalen R&D-Teams.
  • Produktstrategien entwickeln: Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unseren Vertriebs- und Marketingteams, um innovative Produktstrategien und Markteinführungskonzepte zu entwerfen und erfolgreich umzusetzen.
  • Marktbeobachtung: Du hältst Dich über die neuesten Markttrends und -entwicklungen auf dem Laufenden, erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und setzt diese um.
  • Produkttests durchführen: Du führst Produkttests gemäß den festgelegten Spezifikationen und Betriebshandbüchern durch und stellst so sicher, dass die Produkte den Anforderungen entsprechen.
  • Unterstützung für Marketing und Vertrieb: Du unterstützt die Marketing- und Vertriebsteams in der EMEA-Region, indem Du ansprechende Produktschulungen und Präsentationen erstellst, die den Verkaufsprozess fördern.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Audiotechnik oder Elektrotechnik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und fundiertes Produktwissen in der Audiobranche.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um die Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen Büros und der Zentrale von TOA erfolgreich zu gestalten.
  • Du arbeitest an neuen Produktideen und -features und möchtest durch die erfolgreiche Markteinführung unserer Produkte direkt zum Erfolg von TOA beitragen.
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sowie ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Teamfähigkeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
