The company I am partnered with is looking for an experienced IAM Consultant to strengthen their security and governance capabilities and help shape the future of secure digital access.In this role, you’ll take ownership of IAM processes, drive improvements in identity governance, and play a key role in protecting business-critical systems through effective access management.Your Role – Secure, Streamline, StrengthenAs an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and continuous optimization of identity and access management processes and systems within a large-scale organisation.Key Responsibilities:Act as a key contact for IAM operations, ensuring access requests, approvals, and reviews are handled efficiently and securelyAnalyse existing identity processes and implement improvements.Support and refine privileged access management (PAM) workflows to strengthen protection of critical accountsCollaborate with IT and business units to design role models, access matrices, and authorisation standardsDefine KPIs and build dashboards that provide visibility into IAM performance and compliance postureContribute to audits, control testing, and reporting to governance and risk stakeholdersParticipate in the definition of future IAM architectures, automation, and process optimization initiativesAdvise on IAM best practices and emerging technologies across cloud and hybrid environmentsYour Background – Analytical, Collaborative, and Technically GroundedYou’re comfortable navigating between business and IT — understanding both compliance requirements and technical implementation.Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fieldSeveral years’ experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or IT Risk ManagementKnowledge of IAM tools and frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC), certification campaigns, and PAM solutionsExperience coordinating or leading sub-projects within IAM or IT security programsAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and drive practical solutionsFluent in German and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skillsWhy Apply?Competitive salary and comprehensive benefitsModern, flexible working model – hybrid options availableInternational, collaborative environment with real development potentialStructured learning and training opportunities in IAM and cybersecurityAbout the EmployerOur client is a well-established European organisation undergoing a major digital transformation.
