Job Title: High-Voltage Technician

Location: Munich (Germany)


Role Overview: As a Battery Assembly Technician, you will work closely with our production team under the guidance of the "Battery Assembly Lead." Your primary focus will be on assembling and maintaining battery systems for our advanced EV technology, ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety, timely delivery, and quality throughout all stages of the assembly process.
  • Assemble both low-voltage and high-voltage battery components and systems.
  • Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment effectively.
  • Identify and troubleshoot defects, reporting issues to relevant teams.
  • Record manufacturing data accurately in the production system.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to enhance processes, equipment, tooling, and repair solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Completion of technical training or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing and/or repairing electromechanical components.
  • Proficiency in handling medium and high voltage systems up to 1kV DC.
  • Initial experience with high power battery systems, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with modern production machinery, or a high willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
