Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führen und Inspirieren: Leite ein talentiertes IT-Team und begleite es durch spannende Weiterentwicklungen
  • Zukunft gestalten: Entwickle mit deinem Team wegweisende Lösungen im Bereich Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) und Cloud-Technologien
  • Digitaler Vorreiter sein: Optimiere Logistikprozesse und bringe die Transformation zu Cloud-/Cloudnative Technologien aktiv voran
  • Visionär führen: Fördere eine agile, kreative Arbeitskultur und unterstütze die persönliche Entwicklung deiner Teammitglieder und unserer Produkte


Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrene Führungskraft: mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld oder in der Entwicklung
  • Technologieexpertise: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf WMS und Logistikprozesse
  • Strategischer Entwickler: Du kombinierst technisches Wissen mit Führungskompetenz und motivierst dein Team zur Spitzenleistung
  • Klarer Kommunikator: Überzeugend auf Deutsch und Englisch, mit einem starken Fokus auf abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
