Darum geht es- Du bist Owner der IT-Sicherheitsstrategie und entwickelst diese weiter
- Du bist stets Up-to-Date über die aktuelle Gefährdungslage
- Du steuerst die Schwachstellen- und Risikoanalyse im aktuellen IT-Umfeld und leitest Maßnahmen ab
- Du priorisierst und begleitest die Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in enger Absprache mit den Experten
- Du initiierst Awareness- und Schulungsmaßnahmen zur Informationssicherheit und koordinierst das Incident-Management
- Du berätst sowohl die Geschäftsführung als auch die IT auf Augenhöhe zu allen Themen der IT-Sicherheit
- Du bist Treiber, Scout und Sparringspartner im täglichen Miteinander
- Als Stabsstelle berichtest Du direkt an die Geschäftsführung
- Du brennst für das Thema IT-Sicherheit, bist neugierig und offen, Themen nachhaltig zu entwickeln und voranzutreiben
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in mindestens einem der Schwerpunktbereiche Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management, IT Governance Risk and Compliance
- Du hast Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der IT-Security und wirst bei uns zum Experten
- Du kommunizierst zielgruppenorientiert
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Wir setzen auf flache Hierarchien und kurze Entscheidungswege – Feedback ist erwünscht
