Für unseren Bereich 5G-Netze und IP-Netze suchen wir einen IT Project Manager (m/w/d), welcher die Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung von hochkomplexen Projekten und Programmen unserer Kunden übernimmt.
Aufgaben
- Als Projektleiter leitest du die verschiedensten Projekte, das reicht von der Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien bis zur Implementierung komplexer Kommunikationsinfrastrukturen reichen.
- Auf der Grundlage unserer kundenorientierten Ausrichtung beherrschst du als Projektleiter ein vielfältiges Methodenspektrum, das es dir ermöglicht, gezielt auf die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen jedes Kunden einzugehen.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden sowie die siticom-Fachbereiche bei der Implementierung innovativer IT-Services, die eine optimale Unterstützung und Optimierung der Marktgestaltung und Geschäftsprozesse der Kunden ermöglicht.
- Du pflegst eine Kultur der Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe, mit unseren Kunden über alle Ebenen – von der Arbeitsebene bis zum C-Level ebenso auch mit allen internen Fachbereichen und Funktionen. Du legst großen Wert darauf, ein partnerschaftliches Verhältnis zu entwickeln und dich mit allen Mitgliedern des Teams, auf einer gleichberechtigten Ebene auszutauschen.
- Du bist in der Lage, die Interessen unserer Kunden und der siticom in unterschiedlichen Kontexten erfolgreich zu vertreten, sei es in Lenkungskreisen, Projektgremien oder im direkten Kontakt mit Kunden und Anwendern. Du agierst sicher und gewährleistest, dass die Erwartungen und Ziele unserer Kunden stets im Fokus bleiben – immer unter Berücksichtigung unserer Werte.
- Als Vollzeit-Projektleiter unterstützt und coachst Du die Mitglieder Deiner Projektteams.
- Du bist ein fester Bestandteil der siticom Organisation und arbeitest in engster Kooperation mit Fachabteilungen, Spezialisten und anderen Leistungserbringern.
- Supplier – und Partnermanagement sollten für dich vertraute Begriffe sein und sind essenzieller Bestandteil deines Erfolges
- Du unterstützt und berätst bei technologischen und strategischen Fragestellungen und bei der Weiterentwicklung und Aktualisierung des Projektmanagementrahmens.
- Nach einer Einarbeitungsphase verantwortest du die dir anvertrauten Projekte in Bezug auf Budgets, Projektumsetzung und Zielerreichung.
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Anforderungs- und Projekt-Management sowie in der IT- oder Unternehmensberatung
- Als Projektleiter bist Du vor allem auch ein Leader in der siticom. Du hast und ❤️ für Menschen und fühlst Dich wohl in der Rolle.
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Spaß an komplexen Aufgabenstellungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
