Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Solution Consultant – ServiceNow (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle unterstützt du uns mit deiner Expertise bei der Gewinnung neuer Kundenprojekte und arbeitest eng mit unseren Sales- und Consulting-Teams zusammen.


DEINE AUFGABEN


  • Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team als technischer und fachlicher Experte für die ServiceNow Plattform vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt CSM
  • Du führst Kunden-Workshops durch, um die Herausforderungen und Anforderungen unserer Kunden zu identifizieren und erarbeitest darauf basierend überzeugende Produktdemonstrationen
  • Du bist der Ansprechpartner für Fragen zu ServiceNow Funktionalitäten, sowohl für Kunden als auch interne Fachbereiche wie Sales, Marketing und Consulting.
  • Darüber hinaus bist du im Rahmen von Pre-Sales-Tätigkeiten maßgeblich daran beteiligt, neue Kundenprojekte zu gewinnen


DAS BRINGST DU MIT


  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und Implementierung der ServiceNow Plattform, insbesondere in den Bereichen CSM (Customer Service Management) oder ITSM (IT Service Management)
  • Zertifizierungen in ServiceNow sind von Vorteil
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern wie z.B. Sales und Marketing oder den Fachbereichen auf Kundenseite
  • Du zeichnest dich durch sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten aus und du kannst komplexe Lösungen klar und prägnant darstellen
  • Du bist engagiert und motiviert in einem dynamischen Team und für unsere Kunden wertvoller Sparringspartner zu sein
  • Unentbehrlich für die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Kunden sind sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
