Die Solar Academy ist die Kundenschulungseinrichtung der SMA. Wir vermitteln didaktisch ansprechend und technisch tiefgehend Systemwissen zu Photovoltaik, Speicherlösungen und Energiemanagement an SMA-Servicepersonal, Service Partner, Installateure und Anlagenplaner, getreu unserem Motto „Be a solar expert“.

Dein Beitrag für das große Ganze
  • Du hältst mehrtägige technische Schulungen auf Deutsch und Englisch zu Service und Wartung von PV-Großanlagen mit Sunny Central Wechselrichtern und Sunny Central Storage sowie dem Electrolyzer Converter
  • Du erstellst und aktualisierst regelmäßig die entsprechenden Schulungsunterlagen, entwickelst und hältst internationale kundenspezifische Schulungen vor Ort
  • Du arbeitest im Trainerteam und mit den anderen SMA Solar Academies weltweit zusammen und entwickelst gemeinsame didaktische Konzepte zur Seminargestaltung, Teilnehmeraktivierung etc.
  • Du arbeitest als Fachexperte in firmeninternen Arbeitskreisen zu Themen aus den eigenen Schulungsbereichen mit
  • Du pflegst Kooperationen mit externen Partnern
Deine Fähigkeiten sind gefragt
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie vertiefte technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Photovoltaik
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich technischer Schulungen oder anderer Formen der Erwachsenenbildung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse - gerne weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sowie Freude an internationaler Reisetätigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Freude an Schulungstätigkeit
  • Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
