VisDX Allergy Solutionsis seeking an entrepreneurial CEO to join our mission oftransforming allergy diagnostics and care with cutting-edgeinnovation. We are pioneering a disruptive approach to allergytesting, making it more accessible, accurate, and cost-effective,and we need a dynamic leader to drive our visionforward.

VisDX AllergySolutions leverages a breakthrough allergy diagnostic technology,enabling a rapid and clinically relevant assessment of allergicresponses by combining advances in AI, imaging, andmicrofluidics.

As CEO, you will beinstrumental in guiding this venture through its next stage ofgrowth and innovation. Your key responsibilities willinclude:

1. Developing and implementing arobust business strategy, navigating the complexities of thediagnostics market, and expanding our reach across Europe andbeyond.
2. Spearheading fundraising efforts,leveraging your investor network and securing capital to supportour mission.
3. Overseeing day-to-day operations,ensuring high performance, regulatory compliance, and a focus onimpactful results.
4. Driving our marketpositioning, working closely with our technical team to bring theproduct to healthcare providers, allergists, andpatients.
5. Fostering collaborations andmaintaining alignment with our partners in the medical andscientific communities to keep VisDX Allergy Solutions at theforefront of allergy diagnosticsinnovation.

We are looking for aCEO who embodies the followingqualifications:

1. Diagnostics Expertise:Proven experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sector, ideallywith a focus on allergydiagnostics.
2. Fundraising Experience:Demonstrated success in fundraising within the diagnostics industryand an established network ofinvestors.
3. Strategic Business Acumen:Exceptional strategic and analytical skills to define and execute ascalable business model, ensuring both short- and long-term goalsare met.
4. Commitment & Vision: A high levelof commitment to our mission and a clear vision of how to bringgroundbreaking diagnostic solutions tomarket.
5. Location: Ideally based inEurope.
6. Early-Stage Leadership: Priorexperience as a CEO or senior executive in an early-stage,venture-backed diagnostics company, with a track record ofsuccessfully navigating rapid growthphases.
