Purchase Specialist

As a purchasing specialist, you will support the team within all functions of the supply chain, such as general day-to-day business, production, as well as our sales department and enable a smooth process by providing accurate and timely information. You coordinate the procurement of inventory and general operational equipment from national and international suppliers. Furthermore, you will provide support to our customer service team.

Your area of responsibility:

• Master Data maintenance within our ERP system

• Requesting of Quotations for affected products

• Entering and tracing of respective purchase orders

• Monitoring and ensuring the supply chain

• Management of minimum stocks for A-products

• Close communications with suppliers

• Supplier reviews

• Price negotiations with European suppliers

• Proactive demand calculation in collaboration with Sales and Forecast

• Handling of Import & Export

• Supporting our customer service team

• Creation of long-term supplier declarations (LLE)

• Managing internal & external requests and providing data

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial training (preferably industrial clerk) or comparable qualification

• At least two years of experience within operational procurement

• profound knowledge of english and german in speech and writing

• Additional language skills (such as chinese) are advantageous

• Confident handling of ERP/MRP systems and common Microsoft Office 365 program (especially Excel)

• Organizational skills and solution-oriented working methods

• High team and communication skills

Als Einkaufssachbearbeiter unterstützen Sie das Team innerhalb sämtlicher Funktionen der Supply Chain, wie dem allgemeinen Tagesgeschäft, Produktion, sowie unserer Sales Abteilung und ermöglichen einen reibungslosen Ablauf, indem Sie akkurate und zeitgemäße Informationen bereitstellen. Sie koordinieren die Beschaffung der Lagerbestände, sowie der allgemeinen Betriebsausrüstung, seitens nationaler & internationaler Lieferanten. Ferner unterstützen Sie unser Kundenserviceteam.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

• Stammdaten Pflege innerhalb unseres ERP-Systems

• Anforderung von Angeboten für betroffene Produkte

• Eingabe von Bestellungen und deren Nachverfolgung

• Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Lieferkette

• Verwaltung von Mindestbeständen für A- Produkte

• Enge Kommunikation mit Lieferanten

• Lieferantenbewertungen

• Preisverhandlungen mit Europäischen Lieferanten

• Proaktive Bedarfskalkulation in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und Forecast

• Abwicklung des Imports & Exports

• Unterstützung unseres Kundenserviceteams

• Erstellen von Langzeit-Lieferantenerklärungen (LLE)

• Verwalten von internen & externen Anfragen, sowie das Bereitstellen von Daten

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufm. Berufsausbildung (vorzugsweise Industriekaufmann) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Zweijährige Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf

• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse (z.B. Chinesisch) von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP/MRP Systemen und den gängigen Microsoft Office 365 Programmen (insbesondere Excel)

• Organisationsgeschick und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Gesunde Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Motivation runden Ihr Profil ab

• Führerschein Klasse B
