Junior Requirements Engineer

Your Future Responsibilities: As a key link between product management, customers, and development, you will gather and consolidate requirements for our software and hardware products Collect product feedback from customers, consultants, and support staff, and derive new requirements Review defined requirements for completeness, quality, clarity, consistency, and technical feasibility—while considering dependencies and risks—and assist the project team in prioritizing the requirements Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and military standards Carefully document all activities through reports, protocols, and technical instructions You are a good fit if you have: Completed technical training in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification Initial practical experience in requirements engineering or in a project environment is a plus (e.g., through internships or student jobs) Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a structured approach to work Excellent problem-solving abilities and confidence working under pressure and in challenging situations Strong team spirit and a clear, solution-oriented communication style Benefits Flexible working hours with part-time and mobile working models Diverse projects in which you can help shape the future Exclusive benefits and employee discounts Health Days JobRad JobTicket Regular training and language courses Community building events
