Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für ein Forschungsprojekt einen "Research Engineer Microsystem Technology (m/w/d)" für den Standort Renningen.

Dann werden Sie Teil dieses Teams

Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit in einem Entwicklungsteam für Quantensensorik
  • Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von (Halbleiter-)Prozessen und deren Optimierung
  • Messtechnische Charakterisierung der Sensor-Devices auf Waferlevel
  • Herstellung und Bewertung von Demonstratoren
  • Dokumentation der Prozesse und Resultate
  • Kooperation und Abstimmung mit Forschungseinrichtungen

Qualifikationen / Ausbildung:

  • Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master/Diplom) der Physik, Mikrosystemtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Werkstoffwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung. Promotion wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse und fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich MEMS und Halbleiter-Prozess-Technologien, Festkörperphysik, Sensorik und Mikrotechnologien
  • Hands-on-Erfahrung im Bereich der Halbleiter-Prozessierung im Reinraum und Messtechnik ist obligatorisch
  • Kreativer, kommunikativer- und durchsetzungsstarker Charakter, welcher in stressigen Situationen den Überblick behält und Teamarbeit schätzt
  • Analytische, systematische und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
