Zur Unterstützung der End-to-End-Prozesse und verschiedener Aktivitäten mit Health Care Organisationen (HCO) und /oder Health Care Professionals (HCP) suchen wir Sie für Rolle als


(Sr.) Specialist (m/w/d) Event Coordination & Contract Management


Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Übernahme der Rolle als zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Kunden im Bereich Serviceleistungen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Vertrags- und Veranstaltungsmanagement
  • Gewährleistung eines termingerechten Supports für den HCP-Transaktionsprozess, einschließlich der direkten Interaktion mit HCPs und externen Parteien wie Krankenhäusern
  • Beschaffung erforderlicher Informationen von Vertragspartnern mit gründlicher Prüfung
  • Beauftragung der Logistik in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern sowie Handling von Rechnungs- und Zahlungsmanagement
  • Archivierung und Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten gemäß den geltenden Richtlinien


Ihr Profil:

  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise als Teamplayer mit lösungsorientiertem Ansatz
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie offenes und konstruktives Vorgehen, um erfolgreich mit Ansprechpartnern in verschiedenen Abteilungen zu agieren
  • Erfahrung in der Prozessteuerung von Veranstaltungen und dem Vertragswesen, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Freude an einer kooperativer, bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen (ERP/CRM) und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau, gute Englischkenntnisse
