Job Title: Automotive Parts Kit Cutter

Location: Germany

Responsibilities: The Automotive Parts Kit Cutter is responsible for preparing kits of parts and materials needed for vehicle assembly or repair. This role supports the efficient running of the Kit Cutting Department by meeting job timescales and demands to the highest of standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut carbon fibre rolls of material into relevant kits for laminating, using automated cutting machine (Zund) and nesting software (Auto-nest).
• Bagging and labelling kits with part numbers and batch number.
• Complete material picking lists.
• Manual handling of bulky rolls of material.

Desirable Skills:

• Ability to work independently.
• Possess a 'can-do' attitude, putting the same level of commitment and care into the routine aspects of the role as the more challenging tasks.
• Positive, proactive, and efficient with excellent communication skills.
• Must be very organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Strong IT competence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in kit cutting.
• Proficiency in Auto Nest software for efficient material utilisation.
• Ability to operate automatic cutting machines.
• Fluent in English or German.
• Background in marine or aerospace industries is advantageous.

Additional Details:

• Immediate availability required (ASAP Start).
• Initial commitment of 2-3 months.
• Weekly payment via LTD.
• Compensation: €25 per hour.
• Expected to work 40-45 hours weekly.
