Job Opportunity: UKG Expert (German Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced UKG Implementation Specialist (German Speaker) to join our client's team for a new implementation project. This role requires hands-on experience in advanced scheduling modules and at least one full lifecycle UKG (Workforce Dimensions) implementation. You will act as a functional lead, guiding the project and gathering requirements while working closely with the client.

Key Details:

• Job Title: UKG Expert (German Speaker)
• Start Date: November/December 2024 (January 2025 at the latest)
• Duration: 12-14 months
• Mandatory: Experience in at least one full lifecycle UKG implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional discussions, gather requirements, and guide the client's team through the UKG implementation.
• Act as the bridge between the client’s team and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication.
• Collaborate on functional aspects, including integration requirements (knowledge of Dell Boomi interfaces is a plus).
• Travel to client sites within Europe as needed (expenses covered).
• Fluency in German is essential.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• UKG (Workforce Dimensions) Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience, particularly with advanced scheduling modules.
• Completed at least one full lifecycle implementation or major upgrade.
• Strong functional lead experience, able to understand product requirements and guide stakeholders.
• Fluent in German (required).
• Knowledge of integration processes (e.g., Dell Boomi) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within Europe.

Location & Travel:

• Candidates based in Europe, Germany or Spain are preferred.
