To make the best out of your work, we need you to:Be the trusted, knowledgeable technical partner of Vincotech‘s power semiconductor suppliers across all levels, as well as of internal stakeholders and customersTake the lead to define and execute the chip technology roadmap, monitoring suppliers’ developments to anticipate market and technological trendsManage and coordinate technical discussions in cross-functional teamsCreate sales tools, promotional material, and conduct technical workshopsCoordinate custom product developments, support design-in activities, and respond to business andtechnical inquiries You are a good fit, if you have:Earned a degree in electrical engineering or physics with a focus on power electronics, semiconductors, or the like, and several years’ experience in technical marketing and/or power semiconductor developmentIn-depth knowledge of power semiconductors, including manufacturing, use cases in power electronics, and costing/pricingThe capacity to align technical capabilities with business requirements and map out strategies and action plans to achieve these aimsProject management skills and proven experience working with cross-functional teamsFluent command of spoken and written English and a talent for making the most of your strong communication skills when interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in a multicultural environmentThe ability to excel both as an independent self-starter and a team player, as well as a gift for remaining calm and focused in high-pressure situationsJoin us and succeed in a winning team:Take on the role of a real manager with full responsibility for and influence on the power semiconductorportfolio in a market and customer-centric positionFind an attractive salary, very good benefits – all this can be part of your priority package at VincotechJoin our motivating company culture where flat hierarchies and quick decision-making are realities rather than wishful thinking.We welcome your application and look forward to discussing how Vincotech can become your next career choice.recruiting@vincotech.com
