VOM PROJEKTINGENIEUR ZUM TEAMLEITER – UND DARÜBER HINAUS.
  • Deine wichtigste Aufgabe als Quality Engineer ist die Sicherstellung der Compliance von Neuanlagen oder Anlagenmodernisierungen. Angefangen bei Anforderungsdefinitionen und Risikoanalysen begleiten wir die üblichen Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsphasen (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) als Voraussetzung für die Herstellung der ersten Produktchargen. Im Laufe der Projekte nehmen wir unterschiedlichste Rollen ein, wie menschliche Schnittstellen, Vermittler, Lösungsfinder - dabei werden oft zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen gefordert. In deiner Weiterentwicklung begleiten wir dich abhängig von deinen persönlichen Interessen sowohl in der Ausbildung technischer Fähigkeiten als auch bei dem Erwerb von personalen Kompetenzen.
  • Als Quality Specialist hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement, vielleicht sogar in der Pharmaindustrie, gesammelt und dich auf fachliche Themengebiete spezialisiert. Darauf bauen wir auf und möchten mit dir gemeinsam schnell Erfolge feiern – egal, ob es darum geht, mit dir neue Technologien anzuwenden, neue Vorgehensweisen zu entwickeln, unsere Teams aus- oder einen neuen Unternehmensbereich aufzubauen.
