Yourmission

• Great companiesoften come from unexpected sources – help us find newsources
• You will identify, contact, and meetentrepreneurs we should get to know. You will help us find THE nextbig thing.
• You will help us qualify the largedeal flow we receive and allocate our time to the rightopportunities. You will support the investment team in deal flowand business plan analyses
• You will performtechnology & market research and competitor analyses as duediligence on potential investments
• You willparticipate in pitch meetings with founders
• Youhelp with building a solid, data-driven basis for our investmentdecisions
• You will support in writinginvestment memos on potential investments
• Youwill support deal teams on executing financial transactions andhelp them in partnering with new startups
• Youwill support us in ongoing portfolio management, e.g., by helpingprepare portfolio reporting
• You have the chanceto drive own initiative on how to better serve our growingportfolio
• You will assist in exit preparationsof portfolio companies

Yourprofile

• You find it easy toapply first-principles thinking and your strong analyticalskills.
• You have a high level of intellectualcuriosity as well as a self-starter and growthmindset.
• You are collaborative, empathetic, andcommunicative. A true team player.
• You aredeeply passionate about startups, technology, andinnovation.
• Practical work experience instartups and/or venture capital, private equity or consulting ispreferred.
• You are currently studying anundergraduate or graduate degree with outstanding results at atop-tier university. We are open to all types of educationalbackgrounds (e.g., engineering, science, business, finance,etc.).
• You possess strong written and oralcommunication skills in English, proficient German skills being aplus, but not a must.

• Coaching – You will be supported andcoached by an investment team member in dedicated sessions on aweekly basis.
• VC Trainee Program – Take part inour unique 10-month venture capital traineeship program coveringall aspects of the job of a venture capitalinvestor.
• Ownership – You will own the outbounddeal sourcing process that is essential to our daily work and buildthe core of a VC fund.
• Network – Work from thecoolest office space, the Munich Urban Colab, and be part ofEurope’s largest entrepreneurship center, UnternehmerTUM, to equipyou with perspectives to advance yourcareer.
• Insights – You will get first-handinsights into the way successful start-ups are built, as well aswhy and how venture capitalists invest inthem.
• Purpose – Support the next generation ofentrepreneurs in pursuing their dreams and driving positive andsustainable change through innovation andtechnology.
