Als Lead Buyer sind Sie Teil des neu aufgestellten internationalen Einkaufsteams in Deutschland und berichten direkt an den Einkaufsleiter. Die Rolle umfasst die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Einkaufs im Bereich Primärverpackungen sowie Energie um eine reibungslose und effiziente Materialversorgung sicherzustellen.

  • Verantwortung für das Einkaufsvolumen: Sie managen ein Einkaufsvolumen von ca. 150 Millionen-Euro für für Glasflaschen sowie für Energie, sowohl für die Standorte in Deutschland als auch für internationale Gruppenunternehmen. Sie entwickeln und implementieren Warengruppenstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und bündeln die Bedarfe auf globaler Ebene.
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Sie bauen langfristige Beziehungen zu Lieferanten auf, verhandeln Verträge und Konditionen, und sichern die kontinuierliche Verfügbarkeit von Materialien. Die Optimierung des Lieferantenportfolios und das kontinuierliche Weiterentwickeln des Lieferantenmanagements gehören zu Ihren Kernaufgaben.
  • Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse: Sie identifizieren Möglichkeiten zur Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung im Einkauf, implementieren Best Practices und verbessern die Beschaffungsprozesse kontinuierlich. Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung und Überwachung des Einkaufsbudgets, identifizieren Kosteneinsparungspotenziale und gewährleisten eine effiziente Ressourcennutzung.
  • Risikomanagement: Sie identifizieren und bewerten Risiken im Beschaffungsprozess, entwickeln Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung und stellen die Einhaltung rechtlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen sicher.
  • Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen: Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik und Qualitätssicherung ist unerlässlich, um eine reibungslose Abstimmung der Beschaffungsaktivitäten zu gewährleisten. Zudem setzen Sie identifizierte Einsparpotenziale standortübergreifend um.
  • Innovative Strategien: In dieser Rolle tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei, indem Sie innovative Strategien entwickeln und umsetzen, um die Effizienz und Effektivität der Einkaufsaktivitäten zu maximieren.

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf von Kartonagen und Verpackungsmaterial, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittel- oder FMCG-Industrie oder aus dem Private Label Einkauf eines Handelsunternehmens
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Beschaffungs- und Einkaufsmanagement, speziell im Bereich Lebensmittelindustrie und Verpackungsmaterialien
  • Erfahrung in Verhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüssen mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
  • Projektmanagementfähigkeiten zur Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Integre Persönlichkeit mit gutem Durchsetzungsvermögen und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP-Systemen (SAP im Einsatz)
  • Gutes Englisch zum Austausch mit Lieferanten und den internationalen Werken
  • Reisebereitschaft für Werksbesuche, Lieferantenkontakte und Teilnahme an Messen
