Our Client is hiring a Senior Technical Artist to develop its upcoming 3D top-down factory game.The ideal candidate will take ownership of rendering, shaders, and visual tooling, ensuring both performance and artistic fidelity while collaborating closely with a small, passionate team.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with artists, programmers, and the Game Director to translate the visual vision into a performant and scalable Unity experience.Own and evolve the rendering pipeline.Build and optimize shaders, lighting, VFX, and materials.Maintain visual consistency and performance throughout development.Develop art workflows, tooling, and pipelines to streamline production.Profile and resolve rendering bottlenecks.Explore and implement advanced Unity rendering features (URP/HDRP, VFX Graph, etc.).REQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience working as a Technical Artist in gamedev (PC/console games)Strong background in rendering, graphics programming, and performance optimization.Ownership mentality around graphics systems and art pipelines.Flexible availability across time zones from Brazil (BRT) up to Central Europe (CEST)WHAT THEY OFFER Fully remote, full-time position with flexible schedulingHealthy work-life balance culture and paid overtime when it happensMonthly personal growth allowance for courses, books, or other learning materialsFocus days dedicated to researching or learning new skillsTeam gatherings are organised once a year to meet and collaborate in personBudget to set up or upgrade your home workspace, including hardware of your choiceYearly salary review to ensure your pay keeps pace with market standards, and an automatic increase of 2% per year.
