Role Description
This is a contract Junior Recruiter role located in Recklinghausen. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying candidates for open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in the hiring process.
The Junior Recruiter will also assist in developing recruitment strategies and maintaining the candidate database.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in the logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in German and/or English
- Fluent in Hungarian and/or Romanian and/or Polish.
Note: Additional qualifications such as experience in working with applicant tracking systems and knowledge of local employment laws would be beneficial.
