We offer a broad array of scanning system configurations that leverage low-, medium-, and high-energy X-ray technology—or multiple X-ray technologies—to address each customer's unique security application requirements.Job Overview: The Logistics Coordinator – Returns, Transport & Customs will support our day-to-day operations in terms of logistics and supply chain activities. The job involves ensuring the correct transportation, scheduling, and inventory management for service delivery schedules. Also, the role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of product returns, including inspections, RMA coordination, and repair supplier interactions.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day logistics operations including transport scheduling, shipment tracking, and documentationPrepare and maintain shipping documentation and manage transport bookings with carriers and freight forwarders.Ensure compliance with international customs regulations and manage import/export documentation in collaboration with our partnersCoordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMA) with distributors, customers, and internal support teamsCoordinate return logistics with repair suppliers, ensuring timely processing and communicationOperation of warehouse and inventory management systemsProvide general support across all spare parts supply chain activities, including warehouse operations, transport coordination, and planning.Your Profile:Proven experience in logistics coordination, transport management, returns management, supply chain operations or similarStrong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.Verbal and written communication skills in German, good English skillsAbility to participate effectively as part of a teamEfficient time management skills and ability to prioritizeProficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel)Familiarity with ERP systems (MS Dynamics) is a plusWe offer:Competitive salary and benefits package (bike leasing, pension scheme)Flexible working hoursFlat hierarchies in an international environment, many opportunities for personal and professional developmentOpportunities to grow in an expanding organization
