Up to €36,000 p/year

⏱️ 1 year Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Berlin - Hybrid, attending client shoots whilst working from home the rest of the week

Our team is composed of TikTok-obsessed experts, which helps us understand the platform better than anyone else. We apply dedication and learnings to our clients’ accounts everyday to help get their desired results from TikTok.


And now, we’re looking to add an organised and personable Social Media Executive to the team, who will be responsible for supporting a key German client account in Berlin.


You’ll be based in Berlin, shooting content for a client of ours


What will you be doing?


  • Support on TikTok account management on client’s TikTok accounts.
  • Creating content for your client’s TikTok account with students in Berlin
  • Liaising with German universities to book in shoots and find opportunities for content creation
  • Posting on client’s TikTok’s channels, including commenting and engaging with other brands
  • Brief and create content through our creation process, working alongside our in-house TikTok creators, freelance creators and influencers.
  • Take part in ideation sessions, including our Meme Factory once a week.
  • Monitor, track and report on TikTok performance on a regular basis.
  • Attend all of your client shoots where applicable.


Who are we looking for?


  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • You'll be a TikTok expert, ideally active on TikTok yourself.
  • You’ll have examples for content you’ve created for yourself or brands
  • You'll be comfortable presenting in front of a camera
  • You’ll have experience working on a brand’s social media channels
  • You'll be obsessed with TikTok and how to make content work.
  • You'll be very creative, and able to develop new ideas.
  • You’ll have worked in an agency before
  • Massively organised, with the ability to juggle lots of clients and tasks.
  • You can work under pressure with short deadlines.
  • Can work closely with creatives and clients in a personable manner.
  • Naturally flexible and adaptable when situations require it.
