Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex bidding processes for offshore wind turbine supply to international projects until contract signature.
  • Lead and mentor your sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process for technical and commercial topics related to wind turbine generator (WTG) supply and service.
  • Represent the entire product portfolio, including solar, hydrogen, and storage solutions.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of customer requirements and define winning sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for bid preparation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare and compile proposal packages.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the offshore wind industry.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, commercial concepts, and sales documents.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the wind industry, ideally offshore.
  • Proficient in technical aspects of large-scale renewable projects.
  • Experience in sales processes and contract negotiations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving renewable energy technologies.
  • Ability to translate project requirements into contractual terms.
  • Fluent in German and English (verbally and in writing).
