Wir suchen verantwortungsvolle IT-Spezialist*innen, die die Bundeswehr-IT aus Überzeugung in herausfordernden Digitalisierungsvorhaben weiterentwickeln und so einen Beitrag zur Sicherheit Deutschlands leisten wollen.

Das Solution Delivery Managment (SDM) ist der Ansprechpartner für den Kunden Bundeswehr (Bw) hinsichtlich Erfüllung der vertraglich geschuldeten L​eistungen. SDM stellt somit die Schnittstelle zwischen Delivery und Kunde Bundeswehr während der Vertragserfüllungsphase dar. SDM ist verantwortlich für die vertragsgerechte Service- und Leistungserbringung und den damit verbundenen Leistungs- und Lieferverpflichtungen.​


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortlich für die Vertragsumsetzung im Cluster IT-Management and Control (ITMC)​
  • Zuständig für die Einhaltung der vertraglich zugesicherten Qualität, Laufzeit und Budgets
  • Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der zukünftigen Bedarfe im Umfeld ITMC
  • Primärer Ansprechpartner für den ​​Auftraggeber während der Vertragserfüllungsphase​
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Vertragsbudget​
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Mitgestaltung von Verträgen​
  • ​​​Teilnahme an bzw. Leitung von Kundengremien

Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Service Delivery Management oder IT-Service Management in großen IT-Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute und umfassende Kenntnisse im Service Delivery Prozess zur Erbringung von IT-Dienstleistungen sowie idealerweise eine ITIL Zertifizierung
  • Erfahrung in der Bestandskundenbetreuung sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Hohe Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie in technischem Englisch
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Dienstreisen
