Als Senior Business Development Manager – ServiceNow (w/d/m) übernimmst du die Verantwortung unseres ServiceNow-Geschäfts und treibst die weitere Entwicklung mit unserem Partner und dem bestehenden Team voran. Die Mitarbeit in Projekten ist Teil der Rolle.


DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Als Unternehmer im Unternehmen entwickelst du unser Portfolio und die Partnerschaft mit ServiceNow weiter, pflegst die Beziehung zum Technologiepartner
  • Du arbeitest zusammen mit dem Marketing-Bereich an der Kommunikation des Themas nach außen und unterstützt mit Content und deinem Fachwissen das Sales-Team
  • Anforderungen an zusätzliche benötigte Skills stimmst du mit dem Team ab
  • Kundenanforderungen aufzunehmen und zu verstehen, um anschließend passende Lösungen in ServiceNow zu konfigurieren, ist Teil der Rolle
  • Du unterstützt die Teams bei der Implementierung von ServiceNow-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden


DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Marketing, Datenanalyse oder verwandten Fächern oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst relevante Projekt-Erfahrung in ServiceNow Projekten (z.B. CSM oder ITSM) mit
  • Außerdem hast du ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Prozessautomatisierung, verstehst die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und kannst entsprechend in passenden technischen Lösungen denken
  • Dich begeistert es, ein Thema weiterzuentwickeln und in verantwortlicher Position zu treiben
  • Du zeichnest dich durch sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten aus und du kannst komplexe Ideen klar und prägnant formulieren
  • Du bist engagiert und motiviert in einem dynamischen Team und für unsere Kunden wertvoller Sparringspartner zu sein
