Position: (Senior) Manager Cyber Security
Location: Nationwide Deutschland
Part-time arrangements possible.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and shape technical aspects of Cyber Security, including the development and strategic expansion of expertise in this area.
- Provide expert advice to clients on IT security and its technical implementation.
- Analyze and develop security concepts and strategies to protect against cyber threats.
- Oversee the development and enforcement of best practices, standards, and procedures in IT security, including threat scenarios, attack, and defense mechanisms within the business context.
- Take on qualitative and quantitative project, subject matter, and corporate responsibilities in the Cyber Security domain.
- Plan and implement comprehensive IT security architectures and measures.
- Support and execute Cyber Security assessments and awareness campaigns as part of your role.
Your Profile
- You have relevant experience in consulting with a focus on Cyber Security, with expertise in one or more areas (e.g., Application Security, DevSecOps, PenTesting, Cloud Security, SAP Security, Security Tools, Identity & Access Management, SIEM/SOC/SOAR, Incident Management, ISMS, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz).
- You have previously taken on leadership responsibilities as well as business accountability.
- Strong sales and presales skills, ideally with proven success in business development.
- A passion for Cyber Security and the definition and implementation of best-practice solutions.
- Proficiency in German and English at a business level, and willingness to travel as a consultant.
- A successful completion of higher education or equivalent qualification with additional certifications.
