Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Priorisierung und Behebung eingehender IT-Fehler und Anfragen über das Ticketsystem und das Telefon.
- Sie bieten erstklassigen Support für unsere Produkte, Windows-Clients, Apple IOS und Netzwerke.
- Erstellung von User Stories auf Basis der Kundenbedürfnisse für den Entwicklungsprozess.
- Sicherstellung der Qualität von neuen Versionen durch Tests und Qualitätskontrolle.
- Mithilfe bei der Koordinierung neuer Versionen.
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows Client, MS Office/O365 und ITIL.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Remote-Support-Tools und IT-Ticket-Systemen.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Serviceorientiert mit einem proaktiven und freundlichen Auftreten.
